Two Projects From Our Faculty Receive Support From TÜBİTAK 2209-a Program

The scientific evaluation results for applications submitted under the 2024/1 term of the “2209-A Research Projects Support Program for Undergraduate Students”, conducted by the TÜBİTAK Directorate of Scientist Support Programs (BİDEB), have been announced.
From our Faculty (TUBİF), two projects prepared by students from the Department of Tourism Management and the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts have been selected for support.
Under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Aslı Boru İpek, the project titled “An Integrated Approach to Identifying and Evaluating Core Technologies and Opportunities in Tourism 5.0”, led by Feyza Nur Güder with Sıla Çelebi, Tuana Doğan, and Nur Sema Sun as researchers, and under the supervision of Res. Asst. Kübra Kırbaç, the project titled “The Importance of Local Governments’ Projects in Promoting Local Food Products: The Case of Gastro İnegöl”, led by Bilal Ateş, have both been selected for funding under the TÜBİTAK 2209-A Program.
