Campus Route: Boost Motivation, Reduce Stress

On April 29, 2026, a conference titled “Campus Route: Boost Motivation, Reduce Stress” was held at our Faculty, presented by Dr. Kudret Armağan.
The conference emphasized that motivation is a significant driving force in achieving individual goals, that there are different types of motivation, and that intrinsic motivation is particularly more lasting and effective. It was stated that goal setting, self-awareness, and discipline play important roles in increasing motivation. Furthermore, it was noted that individuals need to develop methods suitable for themselves to maintain their motivation. At the end of the conference, the topic of stress was also addressed, stating that when managed correctly, stress can support motivation, but when uncontrolled, it can have negative effects. The topic was reinforced through productive, educational, and enjoyable practical exercises alongside the theoretical information.
The conference concluded with the presentation of a certificate of appreciati
