“Coffee Journey” Event

On April 27, 2026, a conference titled “Coffee Journey” was held at our Faculty, organized by the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, with the participation of Mr. İbrahim Halil Avcı, Operations Manager of GUA Coffee Company. The event covered the historical development of coffee, its production processes, and industry dynamics in detail.
As part of the program, a coffee tasting event was also held, allowing participants to experience different types and aromas of coffee and gain practical knowledge about coffee culture.
