Iftar Program with Beyazay Association for The Disabled At Our Faculty

The iftar program organized by our faculty and attended by members of the Tavşanlı Branch of Beyazay Association for the Disabled once again highlighted our institution's vision of social responsibility and culture of solidarity. This meaningful event, which brought together the academic community and civil society at the same table with a sense of social responsibility, shared not only the blessings of Ramadan but also the excitement of the volunteer projects we plan to implement in the future. Our Faculty Dean, Prof. Dr. Aydın Kayabaşı, stated, “Here, we are not only sharing an iftar meal, but also our purest human values; because we believe that academic success only finds its true meaning when combined with a heart that touches society, and we aim to keep this spirit of solidarity alive at all times. Everyone may need special help or extra care in life. This should not prevent sharing life. We are very happy to come together in the month of Ramadan, which best illustrates the value of sharing.” Dr. Öğr. from the Department of Tourism Management also participated. Member Harika Özkan said, "Around a table, we share not only our bread but also the unique joy of solidarity born from our unity of hearts." Arife Daysal, President of the Tavşanlı Branch of the Beyazay Association for the Disabled, emphasized the invaluable importance of this meaningful organization for social solidarity and awareness, expressing their deep happiness at the interest and support shown.
This strong bond reinforces our commitment to providing social benefit; and with the power of sharing and being together, it has also boosted our internal motivation to the highest level.
