On 31 December 2025, our Rector Prof. Dr. Süleyman Kızıltoprak visited our Faculty on the occasion of the New Year and first extended his New Year wishes to the academic and administrative staff. He then attended a practical course conducted within the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, where he observed the pasta-making process in the application kitchen. After tasting the products prepared by the students, he emphasized the importance of practical education in professional development and engaged in a friendly conversation with the students, wishing them a New Year filled with health, success, and happiness.
