On December 3, 2025, a seminar titled “IT-Supported Accessible Tourism” was held at our Faculty Conference Hall in cooperation with the Tavşanlı Chamber of Commerce and Industry Women Entrepreneurs Board. During the seminar, Associate Professor Aslı Boru İpek, Vice Dean of our Faculty, and Associate Professor Uğur Ceylan addressed innovative applications offered by information technologies in improving access to tourism services for individuals with disabilities.

The program continued with a speech by Şule Arslan Ozan, Chair of the Tavşanlı Chamber of Commerce and Industry Women Entrepreneurs Board, during which emotionally moving moments were experienced. It was also announced that Tavşanlı Municipality donated one wheelchair to our Faculty. The program concluded with Şule Arslan Ozan presenting gifts to the speakers.
